Meet Roger. 3rd generation pilot from the Manda family, Estonia. Age: 3. He doesn't play with blocks; he plays with G-force. 

After kindergarten, while others watch cartoons, Roger is in the simulator. Today, he is in the cockpit for real. When the radio crackles with a command to change altitude, the reply is instant, sharp, and cold: "Roger, Wilco."
