The village calls her Malocchio. They spit on the ground. They refuse to speak her name. Her isolation is absolute.
But down by the cliffs of Colobraro, she finds her freedom.
Among the crows and the seagulls. The birds do not judge her green eye. They don’t run away.
Her hell is her vision. Her freedom has wings.
