In the monumental visual document "ART ABSINTH", Morten Klementsen structures a severe
sociological and historical thesis defined as Luminescent Absinthism. Mastered within an
uncompromising native square grid of 15,000 x 15,000 pixels at 600 DPI output density, the
composition positions an intense institutional critique on artistic escapism, dogmatic substance
myths, and the psychological vacuum of the creative ego when the source of inspiration is
systemically emptied within modern accelerated consumer grids.
Klementsen establishes an exceptional micro-exposure directional friction across a complex, translucent
glass matrix. The centralized visual field isolates a hyper-saturated, spectral neon-indigo and cobalt-blue
structural outline, representing the psychological weight of empty liquor vessels under high-velocity
exposure. This intense internal photon field is violently enclosed and split by high-emission neon
chlorophyll-green and acid-yellow micro-contours that simulate the toxic radiation of pyoverdine and thujon.
Juxtaposed against a dense kullsvarte carbon filtration vacuum through weeks of intensive manual
Photoshop post-production layer-masking, the work subverts flat retail uniformities. The lower left perimeter
is anchored with the artist's tinglyste signature as a final seal of absolute intellectual freedom ahead
of the XVI Florence Biennale 2027.
